Preamble
These terms govern access to and use of the FIDELOOP service by merchants. They will be completed and digitally signed at public service launch.
Merchant account
Each merchant is responsible for the accuracy of provided information, the security of their credentials, and compliance with local laws when running a FIDELOOP loyalty program.
Intellectual property
The FIDELOOP brand, logo, interfaces and templates remain the exclusive property of FIDELOOP. Content added by the merchant (logo, photos, rewards) remains the merchant's property.
Service availability
FIDELOOP commits to reasonable service availability as an obligation of means. A formal 99.95% SLA will be offered with the future Pro plan, under contractual engagement.
