Our commitment
FIDELOOP was built with data protection in mind. This page describes what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you can exercise at any time. This document will be completed before public launch.
Data we collect
We collect only the data strictly necessary for the loyalty program to function: technical Wallet pass identifiers, loyalty transaction history, and optionally an email or phone number provided by the customer at enrollment.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you can access your data, rectify it, export it, request deletion, or object to its processing. Every FIDELOOP Wallet pass can be removed at any time from the customer's Wallet app.
Cookies
The FIDELOOP marketing site uses strictly necessary cookies and a language preference cookie only. No third-party advertising cookie is dropped without your explicit consent.
